Andres Angelani is the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of Softvision LLC, responsible for both the day-to-day operations and the strategic vision of the firm.
He most recently served as the Chief Solutions Officer at Globant, responsible for the design and build of digital solutions and leading strategic customer engagements globally. His areas of expertise include enterprise software architecture, agile transformation, and game development. Before becoming Chief Solutions Officer, Andres served as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Globant’s gaming studio, leading business on the West Coast, as well as Vice President of Engineering and Director of Global Presales Consulting from the U.K.
Andres has spoken at the Agile Business Conference, Insight Innovation eXchange North America, the Omni-Channel Retail Conference, the Chief Strategy Officer Summit and SXSW Interactive, Zend Con, and co-authored The Never-Ending Digital Journey: Creating New Consumer Experiences Through Technology. He holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Belgrano, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and speaks English, Spanish and Italian.

Tom Delbrook is the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of Softvision LLC based in Atlanta, Georgia. As CFO Tom leads all the finance, human resources, legal and corporate development activities and functions of Softvision. Tom is also a Visiting Professor and Executive in Residence at Kennesaw State University.
Most recently, Tom was the Co-Head and Managing Director of the Transportation, Logistics and Shipping practice for Credit Suisse Securities LLC based in New York. Prior to Credit Suisse, Tom spent over 20 years at United Parcel Service (“UPS”) the last seven as the Vice President of Corporate Finance which included leading all global Merger and Acquisition activities. Tom also served as corporate and securities counsel for UPS.
Tom received his Bachelors of Science in finance from Northern Illinois University in 1989 and his Juris Doctorate from Illinois Institute of Technology – Chicago Kent College of Law in 1993. Tom is admitted to both the Illinois Bar (1994) and the Georgia Bar (2010).
As Softvision’s President of Digital and Founder, Laurentiu manages the company’s overall corporate business development, strategic initiatives and delivery centers in Europe. Laurentiu is a highly focused and passionate leader in the outsourced software development. He has been leading world-class highly-skilled Romanian tech talent for the last 19 years to develop beautiful, smart and cutting edge digital solutions for global companies but also visionary startups across Silicon Valley. Prior to founding Softvision, Laurentiu worked in the outsourcing division of HP and leading software development for AMD and several high tech startups in San Francisco.
Laurentiu holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Pennsylvania in Engineering and Finance and a Masters in Computer Science from Stanford University.
Darryl McCaskill is Softvision’s Executive Vice President of IT Service Delivery, Client Partnerships and Infrastructure. With over twenty-five years of business and information technology leadership experience Darryl leads Softvision’s IT Services and Business Process Outsourcing in Mysore, India as well as all retail client relationships. He is responsible for IT Service Delivery for SPI’s Retail Client base which includes Macy’s, and many other major retailers.
With a deep background in Software Development as well as package implementation, Darryl is experienced in delivering solutions that enable omni-channel Retailing activities across the enterprise functions of Merchandising, Marketing, Inventory Management, Finance, Human Resources, associate productivity and timekeeping, Credit and Customer Service.

As head of Softvision’s Products Division, Jim is responsible for our comprehensive suite of applications and solutions for retailers to solve their merchandising and analytics needs. Prior to joining Softvision, Jim was a key technology leader at Macy’s. Jim was responsible for leading the Merchandising and Analytics systems development, integration, and support. His areas of expertise include Omni-channel, Financial Merchandise Planning, Assortment Planning, Ordering, Allocation, Replenishment, Private Label, Reporting and Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Enterprise Portal.
