On March 10, Softvision hosted a panel at the Retail Innovation Lounge: Blockchain & Retail’s Connected Future. We were lucky to be joined by Kate Pearson, Walmart’s VP of Digital Acceleration, Manny Almagro, Managing Director of Q Division and Bret Cunningham, our SVP of eCommerce and Digital Consulting at Softvision. The panel was moderated by James Basnett, our blockchain expert.
On the panel, we discussed approaches and best practices around using blockchain for customer profiles, supply chain management and transaction management with warranties.
