Nowadays, when Project Managers need to deliver projects for major organizations, politics and political correctness play a major role. You have to make sure that you have the best team in place, that you deliver the scope within the margin, timeline and quality constraints but also at the highest value for the client. All that while considering the environment, cultural differences and ensuring political correctness. So, what happens when the politically correct approach stands in the way of doing what is best for the project? Do we take the easy way of the beaten path or follow our intuition?
