Softvision Recognized in Robotic Process Automation Services Report by Independent Research Firm
AUSTIN, TX, January 9, 2019—Softvision, part of Cognizant Digital Engineering, announced it was recognized in a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) services report by Forrester Research titled: Now Tech: Robotic Process Automation Services, Q4 2018.
Forrester defines RPA services as:
Services that complement the functionality of robotic process automation products with consulting, solution design, implementation, bot management, and automation framework development skills, including services rendered either on-premises or as a service.
The Q4 2018 report evaluates organizations based on their revenue from RPA services and number of deployments, specifically analyzing market presence and partner capabilities.
Forrester said: “RPA service providers can help accelerate value, design intersection points for RPA, analytics, and machine learning; and manage and secure digital workforce processes.”
